Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that beautiful hair and well-being go hand in hand with sustainability and a non-toxic lifestyle. With a commitment to delivering a 6-star experience to each client, the salon sets itself apart by providing luxurious hair care without compromising on eco-friendly principles.
Organic products
We only use the most premium OWAY products on the market. Free from ammonia, ultra low or PPD free, PTD, sulphate, parabens and phthalates. We put your health and well – being first, whilst never compromising on the result.
Sustainability
Everything we do in salon has a focus around sustainability. From our salon design, our service practices, waste disposal and retail offerings. Every time you visit us, you too are helping heal the world.
We are proud to be part of Sustainable Salons Australia. This innovative programme aims to achieve zero waste, reduce our carbon footprint and implement sustainable work practices.
As a sustainable salon, we collectively contribute to our community, to provide meals to the homeless, save material from landfill, recycle chemicals back into our water, divert metals from landfill, recycled paper, gift ponytails to cancer and alopecia sufferers, and collect hair from the salon floor to re-purpose into environmental initiatives.
The Sustainable Salons network of hairdressing, beauty and pet-grooming salons, barber shops, and dermal and cosmetics clinics across Australia and New Zealand helps feed the hungry, protect the planet and grow local communities.
Hair Waste
Your cut off hair will support charitable causes such as oil spill clean up projects, local community gardens and charitable wig making services. Sustainable Salons Australia has collected over 19,000kg of hair from the salon floor, that could soak up to 63,000 litres of oil in a coastline spill.
Pony tail donation
Our pony tails are collected and provided to Sustainable Salons Australia, which are gifted onto cancer and alopecia sufferers.
Tools
Once the tools we use to help style & cut your hair reach their end of life they will be broken down and all possible parts will be repurposed.
Donation
All the proceeds gained from recycling the salon’s metals such as foils, colour tubes, cans, etc will be donated to not for profit community based organisations that do a killer job helping humanity every day.
Colour
Any leftover hair colour will be recycled into new liquids to help reduce the impact to our environment.
Passion

Community
From the Organic Champagne and refreshments to the furniture and unique fittings, all are sourced from businesses in the local area. Proudly partnering with Chefs Hat and Le Pont, our guests receive discounts when shopping locally.
