Jade’s journey started 17 year ago in the UK, having trained with Toni & Guy she received a Distinction in her diploma at the London Academy. Working in multiple award winning salons including the prestigious Selfridges on Oxford Street London, she then relocating her career to Australia.

Jade took her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the Industry to found Privé Hair Australia our sister company specialising in hair and makeup nationwide. In 2020 her and partner Henry founded Privé Hair Organics in our beginnings within MISS FOX, before moving into our new large, luxury location in South Melbourne December 2022.

Her passion lies in providing a 6 star experience for each and every client from the minute they walk in, creating a life of abundance and success for her team and creating the ethics and foundation for an eco friendly future with the use of premium organic products; complimenting her personal love of all things organic and holistic. A mum to two young children, partner to Henry, holistic life coach and meditation teacher, Jade has a very full and enriched life!

You may know Henry from booking your appointment with him on the phone! Henry manages and directs Privé Hair Australia & Privé Hair Organics. His background leading large teams in sales supports the company with all things management, marketing and sales. He’s known for his exceptional phone etiquette and friendly nature to assist all our clients nationwide with making their experience special from the minute they pick up the phone.

Partner in business and life to Jade, Henry works across both business’ travelling often interstate for work and enjoys time spent with their two young children throughout the rest of the week.

Melbourne born and bred, Rachel has worked in multiple salons in Victoria honing her craft. With experience of 18 years under her belt, Rachel is an expert cutter, stylist, certified extension specialist, colourist & a QIQI low toxin straightening specialist! She is truly the jack of all trades in the industry.

Working with thousands of clients as a hairdresser who has been in demand across all her salons, Rachel is passionate about tailoring a plan of perfection for her clients and their hair.

As assistant manager she supports Jade, Henry & team to build success and ensure the delivery of a star experience and results. A true workaholic Rachel’s love for the industry has her dedicating most of her time to her work and career whilst enjoying family time outside of the salon.

Starting his career in the north of the UK in the city of Leeds, Pete became a Toni & Guy Colour Specialist 17 years ago. Working at various salons across the UK Pete relocated to Australia 10 years ago with Toni and Guy, recently moving to Privé Hair Organics to continue to grow his career, but with a more gentle & organic approach.

Pete is an award winning hairdresser winning Avant Garde award at Saks UK, and a Wella Trend Vision Finalist. He specialises in blondes, organic keratin and creating effortless waves to complement his colours and treatments.

Pete also is a certified Great Lengths hair extensions specialist, using the most premium high quality hair, ethically sourced, applied using no heat with keratin bonds. Working part time outside of work Pete’s passionate about travelling, spending time with his partner and continuing to educate himself in all things hair.

Coming from New Zealand, Melissa boasts 26 years in the hair industry. Her beautiful work has been featured in the likes of Vogue & Cosmopolitan Bridal magazines globally.

Her colour experience spans across Revlon, Schwarzkopf, Goldwell, L’Oreal, Wella Professional and OWAY.

Aside from cutting & colouring Melissa loves creating stunning hair ups, is a trained curly hair cutter & stylist and regularly works with Bridal Parties on their special day. As a Mum of 2 young children Melissa works with Privé part time, with the rest of her time dedicated to her family and husband.
