We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything outside of this will forfeit their deposit.
We request with all services over $100 a deposit request of $100, this is sent via a payment link to your email upon booking. This comes off the final amount on the day and is fully refundable when your booking is moved or cancelled outside of our 48 hour policy. Bookings that are unsecured and have not been allocated their deposit are automatically removed from our system after 24 hours.
This protects our business from no-shows and late cancellations, ensuring we aren’t turning other clients away.
Bookings made that are less than $100 require payment upfront.
Our premium OWAY colour is low toxin and ammonia free. This provides the perfect balance between ensuring you have long lasting, immaculate results, whilst maintain the integrity of the hair and using gentle products which cause no irritation to sensitive scalps and hair.
We are open Monday 10-5pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 10-6pm, Thursday 11-9pm, Friday 10-7pm & Saturday 9-5pm
Neither of these two fantastic products will cause any damage or hair fall to your hair. Should your hair be extremely damaged or already in a fragile condition before you visit us, your stylist will recommend an appropriate rebuilding treatment before you do anything else to your hair. In some cases when the hair is fragile it is best not to perform any altering service such as colour, keratin or QIQI.
Yes, we offer online booking for all our services – simply click this link https://bookings.gettimely.com/privehairorganics/bb/book *Please note online booking requires 50% deposit for all bookings, when booking directly through us we only require a $100 deposit.
We pride ourselves on providing an experience for each and every client, this means more time is taken than usual per service. Due to demand and less time being available we recommend booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for shorter services and 4 weeks in advance for longer services to ensure you can have the time and date that best suits you.
All of our retail range, styling range, keratin and refreshments in salon are organic. Our colour and QIQI is low toxin and ammonia free. No harmful chemicals, additives, parabens or sulphates are used in any of our products.
Due to the gentle nature of all our products all our products are extremely safe, and we consider suitable for everyone, including breastfeeding and pregnant women. With this being said we are unable to provide medical advice and if you have any concerns we recommend speaking to your GP.
We provide a complimentary hair and scalp analysis with all our scalp rituals. This means you will be prescribed the correct ritual by your stylist post analysis. If you are booking online, simply select “scalp detox” this will allow enough time for whatever ritual you require.
We have different prices for all our keratin, QIQI and blow dry services which are applicable to hair length. Should you require extra product during a colour service, you will be notified of this and given a quote after your consultation before the service begins.
